I got the opportunity to meet
Jennifer and Josh the other day.

We took a very nice and sunny late September afternoon
and explored the areas around St. Anthony Main
and the north side of The Stone Arch Bridge.

I have been taking the approach lately of an explorer
when it comes to my engagement sessions.

I always choose a spot that I have either shot at before or
have gone out and scouted prior to bringing couples out to.

I always seem to find NEW places that I haven't used before.

Finally got to meet Carley and Kramer today.

Went down to the Guthrie.

Had plenty of the summer sun!

Can't wait until November for the wedding...it's going to be a great one!

Family Reunion in the "Valley" (Browns Valley, MN)

Summertime it the time for family reunions.

We had one last week on Lake Traverse near Browns Valley, MN

Beautiful days of sun, playing with the kids, eating all the great summer BBQ food
& great nights sitting around the campfire talking with the relatives.

...I even got in a little fishing in...
(I caught a 26+ inch Northern!!)

We even went out into the rural areas of South Dakota...

There is nothing like 'small-town' America.

Storm was a brewing on the Prairie.

Went and visited some of the relatives who were gracious enough to take the kids
(and some of us adults)
for an old fashioned horse and carriage ride.
